The source file name(s) are larger than is supported by the file system

In such case, deletion of a such file or folders can be done using 'WinRAR' S/W.

After installing 'WinRAR' just follow these steps:

1. Right click on File or Folder which you want to delete.

2. Go to 'WinRAR' → 'add to archive...' option.

3. In General Panel on left side Select Compression method → 'Store'.

4. On right side in 'Archiving options' tick\enable 'Delete Files After Archiving' option & finally press OK.

<<This will delete selected File/Folder after archiving>>
